After Angel Madrazo in Manuel Penalver, the 2nd chauffeur was tested positively at the Spanish second divisionist Burgos-BH.

While a replacement vehicle driver could still be nominated for climbing up specialist Madrazo, whose examination declared on Thursday, it was no more possible with penalver.
Burgos-BH will consequently only start the Vuelta with seven drivers.
