FC Schalke 04: New Coach Fix? That says Rouven Schröder

Fraisls director Rouven Schröder has evidenced for the stand of the trainer search at FC Schalke 04.

“We have not found a new coach yet. Whoever comes to Mike Büskens must be really good. That’s why it takes too,” said Schröder on the press conference of the second division on Thursday.

Büskens had taken over the head coach post on Schalke at the beginning of March from the dismissed Dimitrios Grammozis, but is only interpreted until the end of the season. After that, a new coach should take over. Under Büskens’ director, there was three victory in three games for the scarce.

A candidate on his successor should be Stefan Leitl von Greuther Fürth. According to media reports, the 44-year-old leaves the Bundesliga tail light in the summer despite the ongoing contract until 2023. Leitl had denied conversations with Schalke, as well as contact with Hertha BSC, where he is also traded.

S04-Fraislschef Schröder talked on Thursday about the future of two players: goalkeeper Martin Fraisl and Dong-Gyeon Lee.
